What you will do
- Manage systems administration activities, centered around Windows Server; including User Accounts and Security, Connectivity settings, Hardware components, Devices/Drivers, and Restore/Backup procedures;
- Install new software and manage software updates;
- Receive, Troubleshoot, and Respond to technical issues, including problems with connectivity (LAN, Wireless, Remote VPN), network (shared file server, printers), and general computer malfunction.
We expect
- Experience in Server administration in Microsoft (MS) Windows environments;
- Participating in the administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP services;
- Ability to work both individually and in team groups all consistent with the organizational goals;
- Patch testing, deployment and maintenance activities, maintaining documentation regarding system configuration and operation.
