Two major challenges in the implementation and in the usage of the application are (1) adapting to changes and the operation required by the company, and (2) its usage from the users perspective.
By using classical change request processing methods, the time between the changes occurring and their implementation in the application is unacceptably long. Second, users are often unsatisfied with the usability of enterprise applications and the limitation on the abilities to use the application in a way, which is acceptable to them.
In order to solve these problems, the project has developed solutions for a dynamic adaptation of the application to the enviroment and developed to the perception of the user for the ease and efficiency of usage. The project has developed the concept of “adaptable” or adaptive application, developed the architecture of adaptive application software and its operating principles, researched the possible attitude of users towards the adaptive solution and developed an example of process-oriented adaptation
